| Digital Art Guidelines |
We accept images created in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw, provided that fonts are converted to paths/outlines/curves. Min resolution for Photoshop is 1200 dpi. | Layout |
If a layout or sketch is not submitted, printer's judgment will be used.

| F.O.B. |
All items are sold F.O.B. origin. Atlas will prepay and add shipping charges to your order. C.O.D., Freight Collect, Consignee Billing, or 3rd Party Billing options are not available. All shipments are sent via United Parcel Service. If U.P.S service is not available in your area, shipment will be made via U.S. Postal Service Air Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

| Multiple Item Order |
Each item is manufactured and shipped seperately. We cannot combine or consolodate different items prior to shipment.

| Prices |
All prices listed include a one color imprint on one location, unless otherwise specified in the item description. For multiple color imprinting or multiple location imprinting or other special options, additional charges will apply. | Minimum Order |
The lowest quantity shown for each item is the minimum that can be ordered.

| Color |
The limitations of the digital imaging process may distort the color of some products. If color is critical to your promotion, we recommend ordering a sample before placing your order.

| Over-Runs |
Due to variations in the imprinting process, all orders are subject to a 10% over-run or under-run.
|
| Guarantee |
All items are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Your ad-copy is guaranteed to be reproduced as submitted. Ink refills for writing instruments are guaranteed for three months after receipt of goods.

| Returns |
Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization.

| Artwork |
All orders requiring new logos or artwork must have the logo or artwork submitted from the buyer to Atlas Pen & Pencil Corp. Logos or artwork which do not meet commercially acceptable standards are subject to additional artwork charges at the rate of $40.00 per hour. Fax or Email proof charges are $15.00 per order.

Atlas guarantees all goods manufactured to be free from defects of material and workmanship. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced. Atlas makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. Atlas has the unconditional authority to modify products as needed to assure product quality and product availability.
